Web hosting usually allows certain settings and technical parameters. If they are limiting, it can affect the proper operation of the site. Such parameters include such things as PHP versions, databases, memory limit, http2 support, CMS support and many more.

Do I need web design?
A webdeveloper can create a website even without a pre-prepared graphic design. This is commonly done because the client, for example, cannot afford to pay for the extra step before the actual creation of the site. On the surface, it may seem that it would be more profitable to skip the work of a graphic designer.
You can certainly come across a web developer who will have the patience to change and modify the site according to the client's requirements, but the greater likelihood is that the developer will ask to be paid for every hour of work.
What is the purpose of web graphic design?

When you have already selected a domain, assigned to hosting and in an ideal state ready and graphic web design, the web developer can get to work. I use wordpress CMS, which is free. After the handover, the site belongs to the owner, who does not pay anything for the use of the software. Who we are
